SHIPPING CHARGES
      A shipping charge is applicable on all items at ShalooWebster.com.
      The shipping charges are calculated on volumetric weight of individual items in packaged form or their actual weight, whichever is higher.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:
    Shipping Charges vary according to the country. The charges can be seen after adding items to your shopping cart.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
  • You should provide accurate information about yourself, including the Shipping Address. Include a day-phone if possible. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, then we will not be held responsible.
  • In case you note any discrepancy in the order confirmation Email sent to you, kindly notify us immediately using the Contact Us link. We will correct any discrepancy present, but only if the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, additional charges may / may not be applied. Please note that the responsibility to provide detailed and accurate information lies with you.
  • Kindly recheck the details before placing an order to avoid any mistakes.
REPRESENTATION
  • You, or the individuals who electronically execute this Agreement on behalf of You hereby represent and warrant that they have the right, power, legal capacity and appropriate authority to enter into this Agreement, and that they own and have not transferred to any other person or entity any of the rights, claims or interests that are the subject of this Agreement. You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have an agent authorized by law to represent You who is 18 years of age or older who is entering into this Agreement on Your behalf. You warrant that each action you make is being done so in good faith and that you have no knowledge of it infringing upon or conflicting with the legal rights of a third party or a third party's trademark or trade name.
DELIVERY
  • Most deliveries can be made within 14 days but allow up to 28 days. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or soon after.
  • We ship the products usually within 24-48 hours of placing the order. We will send a confirmation Email to you when we ship your order.
  • If you have any queries regarding your order, kindly contact us using the Contact Us link.
  • If your order is not received within 30 days, please contact us for further instructions. No claim of loss can be exercised without first contacting our Customer Care Department using the Contact Us link. We are not responsible for any claims older than 45 days from the date of purchase.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
  • We want you to share our passion for the products you've chosen. So if you find that any products are damaged or not in good condition at the time of delivery, please Contact Us using the link of our website within seven days of receiving your purchases, and provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging we will give you a replacement of a full refund, as per your preference. We should receive the product within 30 days from the date of delivery at our address in Sale, Manchester, United Kingdom.
  • If you want to return your purchase and the goods are being returned for no fault of ours, you will have to contact us within seven days of receiving your purchase using the Contact Us link of our website. Our customer care officer will review your request and if approved, you will get an entire refund (minus shipping & handling charges) after you return the product in their original condition and packaging. Please note that this issue will be decided on a case by case basis and our decision will be final in this regard.
  • Our liability will be limited to replacement/ exchange for other products/ refund of the payment amount, as applicable on a case by case basis. We will not be held responsible for any loss arising out of non-delivery/ delayed delivery/ damaged product.
  • ShalooWebster.com features only the best and quality made products. Products are warranted against defects. Defective items may be exchanged for an identical/similar product within 14 days of authorization by our Customer Care Officer. If a replacement is not available, ShalooWebster.com will refund the purchase price or give you a coupon. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.
  • All refused, unclaimed or unopened returns of non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized by customer service. No shipping and handling charges will be reimbursed. If the return is a result of our error, the shipping and handling charges will then be refunded. (*Qualified item must be in its original and unopened condition.)
  • Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from ShalooWebster.com. We cannot exchange items.
  • We can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. The original items in question must be returned. Please contact us to guide you.
  • The cost of sending the products back to our office in Sale, Manchester, United Kingdom, would have to be borne by the customer. ShalooWebster.com would not bear the courier charges for returning the products back to our office.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Refund is done usually within 7 business days after we receive your return.
    All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of approval for return by our customer care officer.
Packing and Sending Your Return
  • Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box.
  • Send the return by courier (The acceptable list of courier companies will be mentioned in our correspondence email) to our address in Sale, Manchester, United Kingdom.
